We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must meet the following specifications:

1. The product is complete, unused and not damaged.

2. The plastic layer on the painting has to be on the painting.

3. The hanging hook must not be stuck on the painting.

4. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

5. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Salaamwebshop is not responsible for packages sent without track & trace.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After approval you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
